What clients say

In their words, with numbers.

“

Before working with Hundred Club Digital we were over $230k in debt, and we had worked with other agencies that simply didn’t understand our business or what we were trying to achieve.

From our very first conversation with Tony it was completely different. He understood our business and our goals, which gave us the confidence to make the move across.

Within our first month we made significant progress and we are already well on our way to turning things around and getting out of that debt. We did not expect results like that in such a short time. We genuinely can’t recommend Tony and Hundred Club Digital enough.

Before Hundred Club Digital my company plateaued, and when I tried to run Meta ads myself I was just throwing money away without any return.

When I switched to Hundred Club we tripled our monthly revenue and our best day went from under $200 to over $3,000, which opened doors to so many more products I never thought I could afford. I didn’t expect my numbers to grow that much. Can’t recommend Tony highly enough.

What we do

One thing, done properly. Ecommerce growth on Meta and Google.

For Australian brands already doing real revenue who have hit a ceiling on paid. In almost every account we open, the constraint is creative volume rather than targeting.

Ad accounts we run
Accounts we run. Client and campaign names blurred.

What you get

  • Full account rebuild and testing structure
  • Meta and Google together, or either alone if that is the right call
  • Creative direction at volume — concepts, hooks, shot lists, every week
  • Editing pack: you supply footage at volume, we cut it to brief
  • Your account checked and acted on every day, not reviewed weekly
  • A live dashboard on your numbers, not a monthly PDF
  • One P&L view of acquisition, not platform ROAS

What we need from you

  • Footage every month, filmed to our shot list
  • Your real margins, before we talk about budget
  • A decision maker we can reach
  • Enough spend that the testing has room to work

Why I started this

I started this because agencies took my money and gave me nothing back.

I was the client. I paid agencies to run my ads and watched the money leave the account without much coming back the other way. The reports turned up every month. The results didn't.

So I learned to do it myself. I read the account instead of the report, made my own creative, and spent my own money finding out what actually worked. Within a year the same product on the same budget was returning several times what agencies with a decade on me had managed.

Then I put that system into client accounts. Over the past twelve months the businesses behind the accounts I run have taken more than $500,000 a month in combined revenue — counted in Shopify and WordPress, not in what Meta claims credit for.

I'm not going to tell you every agency is useless.

I sat on the other side of that invoice, and I haven't forgotten what it felt like.
The part most agencies skip

We ask for your margins before we ask for your budget.

An acquisition cost is only good or bad relative to what a customer is worth to you. Without that number, a report is decoration. We would rather have an uncomfortable conversation in week one than a polite one for six months.

If your unit economics cannot support paid acquisition yet, we will tell you what would need to change. That advice is free, and it is usually about price or offer rather than ads.

The only maths that matters
Revenue per order+
Cost of goods−
Shipping and payment fees−
Contribution margin=
Cost to acquire the customer−
Profit per order=
ROAS does not appear anywhere on this list.
