Hundred Club Digital is a registered business name of 0-100 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 54 661 098 540). This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you give us:
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies on it.
To assess whether we can help you, to reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal if the fit is right. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our email. Our email is hosted by Microsoft. These providers store data on our behalf and may hold it on servers outside Australia. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and record keeping obligations.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email grow@hundredclubdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
